BLEACHERS BREW EST. MAY 2006

Someone asked me how my blog and newspaper column came to be titled "Bleachers Brew". It's like this, it's an amalgam of sorts of two things: The bleachers area in the stadium/arena where I used to sit when I would watch baseball, football, and basketball games and Miles Davis' great jazz album Bitches Brew. That's how it got culled together. I originally planned on calling it "The View from the Big Chair" that is a nod to Tears For Fear's second album, Songs from the Big Chair. So there.

Ray Parks & Nico Salva videos for Gatorade

Here are a couple of videos that I have been working on in the last couple of weeks for Gatorade. These are the first two featuring Ateneo's Nico Salva and National University's Ray Parks. By early next week we will have the vid featuring FEU's RR Garcia out followed by Adamson's Alex Nuyles, La Salle's Jeron Teng, and UST's Jeric Teng respectively.


The videos were written by myself, Stu Balmaceda, and Alexx Esponga with pics and videos taken by Brosi Gonzales, Karlo Rono, PJ Lim, Ago Coronado, and Arn Reodique. The editing was done at Stellar Atelier in Mandaluyong City. Hope you like them!!!
