Someone asked me how my blog and newspaper column came to be titled "Bleachers Brew". It's like this, it's an amalgam of sorts of two things: The bleachers area in the stadium/arena where I used to sit when I would watch baseball, football, and basketball games and Miles Davis' great jazz album Bitches Brew. That's how it got culled together. I originally planned on calling it "The View from the Big Chair" that is a nod to Tears For Fear's second album, Songs from the Big Chair. So there.

Back Four Bums: Dili Kamo Nag-iisa Sendong Podcast (with a little help from our friends)

The Back Four Bums recorded a quick podcast about the "Dili Kamo Nag-iisa" January 7, 2012 match. We had a lot of help with many of the regulars busy with the match.  Left-to-right: Cedelf Tupas, Bob Guerrero, Rick Olivares, Mikhail de Guzman, Jady Salonga, Andi Sia, Craig Burrows, and Ebong Joson. Not in the picture: Ritchie Gannaban and Rafa Garcia. Peter Atencio was saling ket and seated at the lower left. Snicker.
