BLEACHERS BREW EST. MAY 2006

Someone asked me how my blog and newspaper column came to be titled "Bleachers Brew". It's like this, it's an amalgam of sorts of two things: The bleachers area in the stadium/arena where I used to sit when I would watch baseball, football, and basketball games and Miles Davis' great jazz album Bitches Brew. That's how it got culled together. I originally planned on calling it "The View from the Big Chair" that is a nod to Tears For Fear's second album, Songs from the Big Chair. So there.

Pics from the 2010 NBA Asia Challenge Press Con & one-on-ones

Interviewing Mitch Richmond. Will post a longer story to this.

The Miami Heat Dancers! Natalie sure is some kind of pretty.

Gary Payton was such a great interview (well, all of them are). Here he is mulling on a nugget. GP loved my Iron Man skin. He says that Iron Man is one of his favorites movies. "Kinda wish my glove had a repulsor ray, man!" he said.

With Glen Rice. Glen and Chris Webber loved my question during the press con about the Michigan Wolverines. "Go, blue!" asked Chris to the crowd. My sentiments. And my fave color too.
