Who doesn't want an actual game jersey from any athlete? It's a prized possession that either makes for a good keepsake or something to sell on Ebay. I have quite a few of the former -- Olsen Racela's San Miguel Beer jersey, Nonoy Baclao's Air21 shirt from his first ever PBA conference, Ryan Buenafe's jersey from Ateneo's three-peat year, Manu Ginobili's San Antonio Spurs from 2004 championship season, James Younghusband's Loyola jersey from last season, Rey Guevarra's jersey from his final year with Letran, Neil Etheridge's goalkeeper shirt from Fulham, and Singapore defender Daniel Bennett's shirt to name a few.
Some fans will go a long way just to get an authentic one... including this yokel who made it onto the pitch to steal Uruguayan footballer Pablo Pintos' shirt after he scored a goal for Turkish club Kasimpasa in a match against Gaziantespor in the Turkish Super Lig. It's crazy, hilarious, and mind-boggling. The thing is, it was the second attempt at stealing Pintos' shirt. Totally cracked me up this morning.
LOL! That was funny as hell! Thanks for sharing, Rick!
