BLEACHERS BREW EST. MAY 2006

Someone asked me how my blog and newspaper column came to be titled "Bleachers Brew". It's like this, it's an amalgam of sorts of two things: The bleachers area in the stadium/arena where I used to sit when I would watch baseball, football, and basketball games and Miles Davis' great jazz album Bitches Brew. That's how it got culled together. I originally planned on calling it "The View from the Big Chair" that is a nod to Tears For Fear's second album, Songs from the Big Chair. So there.

Back Four Bums Episode 10

Ebong Joson and Cedelf Tupas were unavailable today so it was just Bob Guerrero and myself doing this one where we talked about th Philippines-Malaysia match and the ongoing "sexual harrassment" controversy between Ms. Cristy Ramos and a couple of members of the Philippine Men's Football National Team. Hope we were even-keeled!

(I know I said "Episode nine" Mea culpa. I mislabeled one so I made a mistake!)

    I agree, mas maganda yung dating Podcast host, because you can download the podcast, and listen at your leisure. More than 1 hour pa naman ito ...
