I was thinking of getting the Barricade V; the shoes that Novak Djokovic wears but the tip of the shoe wasn’t too comfortable for me. In case you’re wondering, I have a custom-made Barricade tennis shoe that I wear. And yes, I love tennis and I’ll be taking that up more seriously once I’m done with my bowling this November. So instead, I got the Tirand III; a tennis shoe as well that I really love for its fit and comfort. Luckily, they have my shoe at size 11. I haven’t made up my mind though if this is going to supplant the Mali as my favorite adidas shoe.
Offering the look of the Barricade V, the Tirand III comes in at a more affordable price. Though the Tirand III may not offer the stability or durability guarantee of the Barricade V, it provides excellent comfort focusing on midfoot support and requires no break-in.
