So what else is new? Drama at the Bernabeu.

For the second straight year, Real Madrid’s Cristiano Ronaldo has lashed out at the club for allowing the departure of players who helped Los Blancos win some silverware.

Before the start of last season, Ronaldo as well as Madrid teammates Alvaro Arbeloa, Isco, and Sergio Ramos – even Barcelona’s Cesc Fabregas – decried Ozil’s departure. The German had proven to be invaluable for Real Madrid and issues the most if not was in the top assists in club football the past three seasons.

Then this campaign, Ronaldo has once more bared his displeasure at the departure of Xabi Alonso and Angel Di Maria. Coincidentally, all these departures and talks of unhappiness are taking place during current manager Carlo Ancelotti’s tenure (although this discord isn’t entirely his to blame as it began in Jose Mourinho’s final season at the Bernabeu).
