1st day of the hearing of the application of the TRO on the UAAP's Two-Year Residency Rule

Atty. Alfred Jacinto of the Cayetano Sebastian Ata Dado & Cruz law firm talks about the results of the first day, Monday September 2, 2013, where the Honorable Judge Manuel B. St. Cruz Jr. (RTC Branch 226) heard the complaint of Vic Bartolome regarding the UAAP Two-Year Residency Rule.

This was for the application for temporary restraining order and writ of preliminary prohibitory and mandatory injunction of the Two-year Residency Rule of the UAAP.

Both sides (the Bartolomes and the UAAP & UST) will present their memoranda tomorrow, Tuesday, at 12 noon, to the judge who could possibly make the decision to approve the TRO or not.
