The Lady Spikers won today versus UP in three sets to go one up on Adamson. Good luck this weekend. And to the Ateneo Track Teams... good luck tomorrow. The start of the four-day UAAP competition at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum.
Hopefully, next year, the track events will also be held in Loyola. After this UAAP football tournament, Erenchun Field will receive a massive facelift. A track will be put around the pitch and the area near the parking lots will have a small grandstand complete with showers. This means that the parking area will shrink somewhat. And some of the trees will be uprooted. Don't know where they will be re-planted. But... it's about time. Now if they can do something about the basketball gym.
Atty. Eric Ingles jokingly suggested that we should immediately pull out our pickaxes and tear up holes just to make sure that it happens. Hahaha!
